Lea Wimmer has been a Salary Partner since 1 January 2020. When our firm established the field of commercial and criminal tax law with the arrival of Dr. Rainer Spatscheck and his team on 1 April 2018, Ms. Wimmer was already a long-standing member of Dr. Spatscheck's team. Ms. Wimmer's focus is on complex cases involving criminal tax law, which has been underscored by her specialist title in tax law since 2017. Before joining Kantenwein, Ms. Wimmer had already worked for Streck Mack Schwedhelm for six years. After studying at the LMU in Munich, she completed her legal clerkship at the Landshut Regional Court with an internship at an international law firm in South Africa.
