At the event "Arbitration in Banking and Finance - Experiences, Challenges and Solutions" organized by PCA and P.R.I.M.E. Finance as part of the Paris Arbitration Week 2024, Kantenwein will be represented by our partner Marcus van Bevern on one of two panels.

With contributions from experienced judges, arbitrators, lawyers and executives from around the world, the event will highlight recent experiences with financial disputes, the challenges in this area and the possible solutions offered by the P.R.I.M.E. Finance Arbitration Rules. P.R.I.M.E. Finance is a non-profit arbitration organization in banking and finance law that works closely with the Permanent Court of Arbitration.

The event will take place on March 20, 2024 from 9 am - 12 pm as part of the Paris Arbitration Week 2024 at the premises of the law firm AFFAKI in Paris. Registrations can be made via the QR code in the attached flyer.
