In a press release of 30 November 2021, P.R.I.M.E. Finance, the Hague-based Panel of Recognised International Market Experts in Finance, has confirmed 15 new appointments to its Panel of Experts, amongst them our partner Marcus van Bevern (for more information please click here).

P.R.I.M.E. Finance is an independent, non-profit foundation based in The Hague and was established to help resolve disputes concerning complex financial transactions. P.R.I.M.E. Finance closely cooperates with the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the world’s oldest arbitral institution. The Panel is comprised of over 200 international legal and financial experts with a collective 6000+ years of relevant experience. So far, there have only been seven – from now on eight – experts from Germany.

After having been awarded "Lawyer of the Year 2021, Litigation (Bavaria)" by Handelsblatt in cooperation with Best Lawyers, the inclusion in the P.R.I.M.E. Finance Panel of Experts is another recognition of Marcus van Bevern's expertise, which we are very pleased about and for which we warmly congratulate him.
