In summer 2021 a large number of our lawyers were again named “Germany’s best lawyers”. This means that we once more occupy top spots in the much-heeded ranking, which Handelsblatt is publishing in cooperation with the US publisher Best Lawyers for the 13th time.

This year, we are particularly proud of Dr Rainer Spatscheck having been named “Lawyer of the year” in the field of criminal tax law. As they were last year, Marcus van Bevern, Sven Ceranowski, Dr Stefan Hackel, Dr Thomas Kantenwein, Nico Köppel, Dr Alexander Kröck, Dr Annett Kuhli-Spatscheck, Dr Carolin Sabel, Dr Gerhard Widmayer and Franz Zimmermann are also recommended. We are also delighted to report that Tina Stiehler was included in the new category “Ones to Watch”. This honour is bestowed on lawyers who are still at the start of their career but who stand out thanks to their exceptional professional performance.
