„Challenges and Perspectives for Arbitration within Insolvency Situations“ was the heading of this year’s DIS spring conference which was held on April 24, 25 in Zurich jointly and in collaboration with ASA (Swiss Arbitration Association).

Dr. Annett Kuhli co-presented the conference to the audience. The longtime partner of our firm is a proven expert in national and international arbitration. Since December 2016 Dr. Annett Kuhli has been accepted to the board of the DIS (German institution for arbitration).
